Introduction

Philippa Mullett is the Marketing & Communications Partner and Co Founder of The Legal Partners.

A marketing and communications specialist, she looks after the business development, online brand building, content and social media communications for the
company. Working closely with China Partner Iris Cai, she has advised The Legal Partners exporting clients on market entry, business development, brand positioning and brand building in China.

Prior to co founding The Legal Partners, Philippa worked in International brand management with French companies L’Oreal and Arjo Wiggins, before a move into education to head up the Marketing Department of Kingston University’s Faculty of Art, Design And Music. She continues to be involved in design education, developing opportunites to deliver online design learning to Asia.
She speaks fluent french, useful Spanish, and is learning Mandarin. She is a keen videographer and film maker, and continues to make short films for business development, and for her own enjoyment.

This Checklist sets out the key issues a business should consider before entering into a settlement agreement with an employee. A Settlement Agreement is the new name for Compromise Agreements.
