QI Comm
QI Comm is an international telecoms company based in Hampton,
Middlesex, with offices in Central London and Singapore and a global
board of directors.
Chief Financial Officer Tim Hardley was looking for experienced lawyers
to spearhead a strategic project at an intensive time for the business.
The complex role required a combination of company law, presentation to
board directors, Malaysian and Chinese investors, as well as employment
law and renegotiation of QIComm's many commercial contracts.
