Sarka Fullan, Trainee Solicitor

Sarka joined The Legal Partners in June 2006 having obtained two law degrees from the Czech Republic and the UK.

She advises clients on all commercial matters, negotiating sales and agency agreements, reseller contracts and outsourcing agreements.
Sarka also advises on employment issues for individuals and companies. She works closely with Richard Mullett, closing funding rounds for clients.

Sarka co-presents to business and legal audiences at The Legal Partners Seminars.

Prior to joining the Legal Partners, Sarka spent a year working for Wandsworth & Merton Law Centre in London, advising clients and members of the public on all areas of employment law and welfare issues.

An accomplished linguist and legal drafter, Sarka has also worked for the Czech Republic's  Notarial Chamber, translating Acts of Parliament from Czech into English.
