Introducing Jade Gattegno

Jade is a Trainee Solicitor at The Legal Partners where she works across the firm's Business, Employment and Litigation practice areas. Working closely with members of the team, Jade advises businesses on:

  • Business sales and acquisitions, including drafting ancillary documents and assisting with due diligence

  • Drafting shareholders agreements and articles of association

  • Commercial property matters including reviewing of draft leases, Commercial Property Standard Enquiries (CPSEs) and title documents.

Jade also advises employers, HR professionals and employees on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters; conducting legal research and reviewing and drafting documents such as employment contracts, settlement agreements and workplace policies.

Jade joined the firm after completing her LLB at the University of Nottingham before achieving a Distinction in the LLM Legal Practice (SQE1 & SQE2) at The University of Law. She passed both SQE assessments, achieving a first quintile result in SQE1.

Prior to joining The Legal Partners, Jade gained experience through legal internships and volunteering at the ULaw Small Business Legal Advice Clinic where she developed practical skills in legal research, commercial drafting and client interviewing.

Alongside her legal studies, she co-founded LegalEASE, a blog dedicated to making legal concepts more accessible to a wider audience.

Away from the office, Jade enjoys reading, Pilates and exploring new restaurants both in London and when travelling.
