The Legal Partners is a highly respected, 5 star rated local law firm, located in Teddington and Richmond, London; we have an opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join our efficient, close knit, highly collaborative team based in Teddington.
We specialise in HR Law, Business law, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, advising clients of all sizes, across multiple sectors, from local owner managed businesses, SMEs, to UK and International companies.
The role will involve working alongside our team of experienced lawyers in a positive and dynamic working environment.
Training is provided in a highly supportive environment. The role would particularly suit a law graduate already studying, looking to study or having completed the SQE or PGDL. You may be a qualified lawyer looking to return to your legal career, or to cross train. Or you may be currently practicing but looking for room to breathe in your work life, whilst maintaining your quality of work and opportunity to develop.

Salary and package: commensurate with experience.
The role would suit you if you are excited by the prospect of a highly varied legal day, with lots of direct client contact, working closely with high quality, interesting business clients.
The Legal Partners think as lawyers but in commercial terms; our experienced team have all worked in business as in-house Counsel or Legal Directors, or spent their qualifying years working extremely closely with business clients. With solid support behind you, you will enjoy negotiating successfully for our clients, proposing solutions to commercial issues and using your excellent legal drafting and analysis skills.
You will have excellent IT skills, be familiar with email, MS Word, Excel and Adobe pdf creation systems or able to get quickly up to speed.
You will also value working in a collaborative home working environment, and enjoy the opportunity to foster sticky relationships with clients, prospective clients and our network of Accountants and referrers in the local Richmond business community.
